Global Executive MBA:
The Hult Global Executive MBA curriculum
Our flexible, two-year program allows you to continue working full-time, while benefiting from all the innovative elements of our award-winning Global One-Year MBA curriculum.
Attend classes one weekend a month for two years.
Our innovative curriculum enables you to study part-time, but still benefit from all the essential elements of a full-time program: business knowledge courses, career-specific electives, leadership development, practical experience, and career coaching.
How our program works:
1.Study on campus one long weekend a month.
During each four-day session, you attend lectures, workshops, and group projects that focus on a single course subject (see the chart below). Though intensive, these face-to-face sessions accelerate your progress, enabling you to complete about a course a month on average.
2.Prepare for class and complete assignments at home
Several hours of the coursework is completed off-site, in the two weeks before or after your on-campus sessions. When and where you do your homework is, of course, entirely up to you
3.Build core business knowledge at your home campus. Take your electives anywhere.
Choose a convenient home campus where you will complete your business knowledge courses (Modules 1 & 2) from November to May. Then customize your program for your career by taking your electives (Module 3) at any of our study locations from May through July. (See right for a full list.)
4.Study online—if you need to.
Whenever the demands of work or your home life make travel to campus difficult, you can opt to complete Modules 1 or 2 of either year online.
5.Each October, immerse yourself in leadership development.
Our innovative leadership “boot camp” at the outset of each year helps you develop a set of competencies across four critical leadership areas
6.Put all the concepts you’re learning to practical use.
In February of Year 2, begin work on the Business Challenge—a three-month team project to solve a problem for a company, or to launch a startup.
7.Consult with our expert career coaches throughout your program.

Maximum flexibility: Design a study program around your needs.
Our Executive MBA allows you to seamlessly integrate an advanced degree program into your busy work and home life by customizing where, how, and what you study.
How it works:
The competition starts in February of Year 2, when students form teams and choose a Business Challenge track. In the CEO Challenge, you solve a problem for a participating company—or for your own employer.
In the Startup Challenge, you bring your own idea to life for a new
product, service, or social enterprise.
Throughout the remainder of the year, your team meets regularly—in person when you’re on campus or via Skype when you’re at home—to hone your innovative idea into an actionable plan, with mentorship and guidance from company officials, local mentors, and Hult professors.
